We're sure the group will give us a blast of 'El Caminos In The West' at Reading and Leeds...

Grandaddy have details of a new single to coincide with their appearance at this year’s CARLING WEEKEND: READING AND LEEDS.

‘El Caminos In The West’, released through V2 on August 25, is the second single to be taken from the band’s new LP ‘Sumday’, and the follow-up to UK Top 30 hit ‘Now It’s On’.

The single will be released on two CDs and an enhanced CD/DVD featuring new and live tracks. CD1 additionally features a live version of ‘Beautiful Ground’ and a new track called ‘My Little Skateboarding Problem’. CD2 contains a live version of ‘Now It’s On’ and new track ‘Derek Spears’. The DVD has the video for the single, ‘Derek Spears’ and various photo images.

Following their successful Glastonbury appearance, Grandaddy head back to the UK in August to play the Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds, a show at Edinburgh’s T On The Fringe and a couple of low-key shows in Nottingham and Stoke.
