Green Day release trailer for their ‘Angry Birds’ game

The band will play an intimate London show later this week

Green Day have released a trailer for their very own Angry Birds game. Click above to watch it.

The pop-punk band will be heading up their own version of the computer game, which will see cartoon pig versions of the trio’s members – Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool – as characters in the game.

A brand new Green Day song called ‘Troublemaker’, will be available to be unlocked by fans playing the new 10 level edition of the game, reports Billboard. Of their own pig-based version of Angry Birds, Armstrong has said: “It’s such an addictive game that when we first started playing it we couldn’t stop.”
