Groove Armada, Blood Red Shoes for Brighton Great Escape festival

Plus Club NME and NME Radar show bands announced

Groove Armada, Blood Red Shoes, The Slits, The Fiery Furnaces and I Blame Coco are among a slew of new names added to this year’s Brighton Great Escape line-up, it has been announced.

Detroit Social Club, Goldhawks and General Fiasco have also been added to the bill for the multi-venue event, which takes place on May 13-15.

Everything Everything and Surfer Blood will play Club NME shows at the bash, while Delorean, Frankie And The Heartstrings, Egyptian Hip Hop, Warpaint and Theophilus London will play NME Radar shows.


Other acts previously announced for the festival include Delphic, Ellie Goulding and Marina And The Diamonds.
