Haven were joined onstage by ex-Smiths guitarist JOHNNY MARR in NEW YORK.
The band were playing a show in the city as part of the CMJ new music convention.
According to fans at the show, Marr, who produced the Manchester group’s debut album ‘Between The Senses’, arrived on stage for their final song, ‘Let It Live’.
One fan told NME.COM: “Not only was he there but he soundchecked a few songs with them, and then joined them onstage later that night for the closing number. I got the chance to talk to Johnny, who was very approachable and nice to chat with. I told him what an influence he was on my guitar playing!”
Marr was also at CMJ promoting the release of his new album with The Healers, ‘Boomslang’.
