The group are reportedly set to sit down to discuss the future following reports that Kym Marsh has quit the band...

The future of Hear’Say will be decided in the coming days, after KYM MARSH reportedly walked out of the group after a huge row.

According to tabloid reports over the weekend, Marsh quit after refusing to go to Oman to perform a show for British troops. The Hear’Say star was quoted as describing the proposed Oman gig as a “shameless publicity stunt”.

Marsh, who is a mother of two and engaged to ‘EastEnders’ actor Jack Ryder, is said to have been unhappy with the way Hear’Say were going.

A spokesperson for the group is currently unavailable. However, earlier today, a spokesperson told BBC News that all parties involved will meet this week to attempt a resolution.

They said: “Everybody who is involved with Hear’Say will be sitting down this week to discuss the future. Kym Marsh is still with the band.”

Today, tabloid speculation about the group is high. The Sun newspaper reports that a series of disagreements between Marsh and band member Myleene Klass is a factor in the group’s rift, while The Star newspaper (January 14) claims that a contestant on the current ‘Pop Idol’ TV series could be brought in to fill the gap left by the singer.
