Here’s Arctic Monkeys covering The White Stripes in Detroit last night

Last night saw Arctic Monkeys play Detroit and honour hometown heroes The White Stripes by covering ‘The Union Forever’. Check out footage and the setlist below.

The band were performing at the Masonic Temple Theatre when six songs in, they dropped in a surprise rendition of the fan favourite track from ‘White Blood Cells’.

Arctic Monkeys have been longtime fans of the band, having recently given them a nod during their recent Mad Cool set and famously covering two White Stripes tracks at their first ever gig.


This follows the band recently covering The Strokes while playing New York.
