Plus news on Courtney's latest film roles...

Hole are offering fans a free download of their new track, a cover of Bob Dylan‘s ‘It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue’, through their official website (www.holemusic.com).

The track is a re-recorded version of a previous Hole B side. The new version also appears on the soundtrack to ‘Crow: The Salvation’, the third installment in the popular series of glam horror films. However a spokesperson for Hole told nme.com that at present there were no plans to release it as a single.

Rob Zombie, Kid Rock, Filter and Danzig also pop up on the soundtrack.

Meanwhile, Courtney Love‘s film acting career continues apace. Aside from starring alongside Jim Carrey in ‘Man On The Moon’ – the film based on the life of wild-man comedian Andy Kaufman set for a May 5 opening in the UK – she has recently taken a role in Bob Fosse‘s ‘Julie Johnson’. As previously reported on nme.com, she will play a lesbian character embarking on an affair with her childhood best friend.

She has also recently been confirmed to star in John ‘Halloween’ Carpenter’s new film ‘Ghosts of Mars’, alongside rapper Ice Cube.
