Hope Of The States have donated a rare track to help a fan’s crusade to raise money for the MOTOR NEURONE DISEASE ASSOCIATION.
‘Winters’, previously unreleased, can be downloaded now with all proceeds helping those with the debilitating disease, of which Stephen Hawking is a sufferer.
The group decided to donate the track after a Hope Of The States messageboard regular spoke of his plans to complete a cycle ride for the charity after his father developed the disease.
Frontman Sam Herlihy commented: “This is a admirable and grand cause. We endeavour to hurl our support in dear sir swimmys direction. Please, there are tiny moments when tiny people can make a difference. All of us together…this is the chance to make a difference for one little moment.”
