'Music Of the Spheres' is, coincidentally, the star's third LP...

IAN BROWN has confirmed that his new album is titled ‘MUSIC OF THE SPHERES’, and will be released on September 10.

The album, Brown‘s third solo effort and the follow-up to ‘Golden Greats’, was recently completed in London and features former It Bites guitarist Francis Dunnery on a number of the tracks. Dunnery also performed guitar on Santana‘s Grammy award winning album ‘Supernatural’.

The album will be preceded by a new single, ‘Fear’, on August 27. The single will be backed by a number of other, as-yet-unconfirmed non-album tracks on its release.

Brown is set to make his first live appearance of the year at the Lynx one-day festival in Acton, London on July 6. He is also confirmed for this year’s V2001 festival, at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, and Weston Park, Stafford over the weekend of August 18-19.
