Ian Brown released without charge following assault arrest

No further action will be taken against the former Stone Roses frontman

Ian Brown will face no further police action over allegations he assaulted his wife Fabiola Quiroz.

The former Stone Roses singer was arrested last month (November 2) over an alleged incident that took place at his west London home, but police have now confirmed that following questioning he will not be charged, reports BBC News.

Brown was initially taken to a west London police station after the incident, before being bailed and told to return in December pending further inquiries.

He and Quiroz have been married for 10 years and have a nine-year-old son.
