Idlewild have announced details of two new Scottish shows for the autumn.
The band, who are currently playing at most of the major European festivals, will play Aberdeen Music Hall (October 20) and Glasgow Barrowlands (21). A full UK tour is also being planned for October and November.
In addition to these dates, Idlewild will also perform at this weekend’s T In The Park Festival (July 9), on the bill alongside Iggy Pop and Lulu, followed by appearances at the Dublin Witnness Festival (August 6), Edinburgh Liquid Rooms (24) and Carling Weekend Festivals in Reading (25) and Leeds (26).
Idlewild guitarist Rod Jones is also to join Blur‘s Graham Coxon on his solo UK tour this month, which calls at Glasgow Garage (July 10), Sheffield Leadmill (11), Nottingham Rock City (12) and London Garage (14-15).
