Iggy Pop inspires a show garden

'Lust For Life' garden to debut at the Chelsea Flower Show

Punk legend Iggy Pop has inspired a special garden which will debut at the Chelsea Flower Show.

The ‘Lust For Life’ garden, named after his classic 1977 album, was created by charity The Children’s Society.

Speaking about the garden, Pop said: “’Lust For Life’ is full of optimism as young people should be…but too many aren’t.

“I’m honoured that The Children’s Society’s garden is inspired by my music and wholeheartedly support the work that they they do – they rock!”.

The garden can be seen at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, which will run from May 22- 28.
