Liam Gallagher has seemingly confirmed that his late night plea for an Oasis reunion didn’t go down too well with Noel.
Last night, the ex-Oasis frontman wrote on Twitter that he wants the band to reunite after their split in 2009.
“Earth to noel listen up rkid I hear your doing gigs where people can’t drink alcohol now that’s the BeZarist thing you’ve done yet,” Liam wrote.
“I forgive you now let’s get the BIG O back together and stop fucking about the drinks are on me LG x”
I'll take that as a NO then as you were LG x

But as fans continue to react to the prospect of a reunion, it seems that Noel hasn’t been so forthcoming.
“I’ll take that as a no”, Liam wrote on Twitter.
As the will-they/wont-they speculation continues, the odds on an Oasis reunion have been dramatically slashed.
Bookmakers Paddy Power make it 3/1 that the band releases a single in 2018, and 12/1 that they land the Christmas number one – cutting the odds from 20/1 and 33/1 respectively.
They’re also at 16/1 to headline the next Glastonbury festival and 8/1 to announce a 2019 tour.
It comes days after Liam accused Noel of “cursing” the England football team during a rant.
The 45-year-old singer, who released his debut solo record this year, hit out at his “miserable” 51-year-old sibling after England lost to Croatia in the World Cup semi-final.
His tirade followed a clip posted online that showed Noel responding to his fans who sang along to ‘Three Lions’.
Noel told the crowd as chants of “it’s coming home” rang out during a show in Scarborough: “It’s fucking not”.

In response, one of Liam’s tweets read: “He wasn’t right they wasn’t right they put a curse on it it they should be shot”
