Imagine Dragons have announced the release of their new album ‘Smoke + Mirrors’.

The follow-up to 2012’s multi-million seliing ‘Night Visions’ will be released on February 16, 2015. It was written and produced by the Las Vegas band, with help from Alex Da Kid in their self-built home studio. The album will be preceded by a single, ‘I Bet My Life’, on February 8.

The tracklisting is:

‘Smoke And Mirrors’
‘I’m So Sorry’
‘I Bet My Life’
‘It Comes Back To You’
‘Hopeless Opus’
‘The Fall’

Earlier this year Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme said that he was ‘drunk’ and ‘misunderstood’ when he said “fuck Imagine Dragons and fuck the Grammys”. The singer had ripped into both Imagine Dragons and the Grammy Awards during a gig in Texas.

He introduced Queens Of The Stone Age track ‘I Appear Missing’ by joking, “This next song is by Imagine Dragons” and, when the crowd heckled, he added: “Fuck everything. Fuck the man. Fuck Imagine Dragons and fuck the Grammys.” Imagine Dragons took home the Grammy for Best Rock Performance with their single ‘Radioactive’ at the ceremony in January 2014, beating Queens Of The Stone Age in the category, who were nominated for their track ‘My God Is The Sun’.
