Incubus finish seventh album

Band's manager confirms new album is 'in the can'

Incubus have completed work on their seventh studio album.

According to a post on fansite, the band’s manager Steve Rennie has said that their new album is finished.

In the post Rennie wrote: “Album number six is in the can. I picked up my copy of the record last night at Henson Studios [in Hollywood].”

He added that the new album is “nothing like its predecessors. Quintessential Incubus, but like no Incubus record before it.”

The album is the band’s first since 2006’s ‘Light Grenades’. It signals the end of a hiatus that saw singer Brandon Boyd release his solo album ‘The Wild Trapeze’ last year.
