Jake Bugg has performed a live cover of Haim’s ‘If I Could Change Your Mind’.
The stripped-back rendition was part of Australian radio station Triple J’s weekly live series ‘Like A Version’.
Bugg revealed he chose the track because he was “a bit stuck for time” and was rushed into a last minute decision.
It’s not the first time that Bugg has offered up a cover, previously performing tracks by Oasis, Imagine Dragons and Johnny Cash.
In the same session, the Nottingham solo artist also played his original song ‘Gimme The Love’, which is taken from his third album ‘On My One’. Released through Virgin EMI Records, the record peaked at number four in the UK charts.
It was also recently announced that Bugg will tour the UK in support of the new album with the London show being a date at Brixton Academy (November 1).
Bugg will play the following live dates:
Manchester, O2 Apollo (October 18)
Glasgow, O2 Academy (October 21, 22)
