If you're going to see Tim Booth and the boys at Grimsby Auditorium you're in for a disappointment...

JAMES have been forced to cancel one of their UK tour shows because of extreme weather.

The gig, scheduled for this Friday (November 3), has had to be cancelled after storms caused severe damage to the roof of the Grimsby Auditorium. A spokesperson for the venue told NME.COM: “There’s been serious damage to the roof of the building, it wouldn’t be safe for the patrons or the band. It’s raining through the roof at the moment.”

As the extent of the damage is currently unclear, the gig is yet to be rescheduled.

The worst storms in the UK for ten years have already caused Placebo to pull their Nottingham date, which was to have taken place on Monday (October 30).
