James Blunt given a ShockWaves NME Award

But it’s not one to be proud of

James Blunt has won his first ever ShockWaves NME Award.

However, after a year which has seen the singer pick up numerous awards – including two Brits – the singer now has a Worst Album accolade under his belt.

‘Back To Bedlam’ was voted ahead of Babyshambles‘Down In Albion’, The Bravery’s self-titled debut, The Darkness’ second effort ‘One Way Ticket To Hell… And Back’ and McFly’s ‘Wonderland’ by readers of NME and NME.COM.
