KAY could be sent to prison for attacking a paparazzo outside a

LONDON nightclub in April this year.

The Jamiroquai

singer was questioned by police this week following accusations that he broke a

photographer’s camera and flash, and then physically attacked him.

Kay is due to face magistrates next Monday (October 8). The maximum sentence

for common assault is six months’ jail, with a possible three months for criminal

damage. According to today’s Sun newspaper (October 5), a

spokesman for the star said: “Jay

Kay will plead not guilty.”
