Jackson’s 11th studio album is expected to be released in the autumn in a partnership between BMG and her own label Rhythm Nation.
In July of this year, Jackson unveiled the video for another new song, titled ‘No Sleeep’, which includes a verse from rapper J Cole. The track was produced by longtime collaborators Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and will feature on her first full-length release since 2008’s ‘Discipline’.
A hits collection, ‘Number Ones’, followed a year after ‘Discipline’. Jackson has released 10 studio albums in total, including global chart toppers ‘Control’, ‘Rhythm Nation’, ‘Janet’ and ‘All For You’.
