Jackson will be joined by eight dancers and a band comprising seven musicians, with the stage set designed by Mark Fisher, who was behind U2‘s elaborate Popmart tour set, and the Rolling Stones‘ Bridges To Babylon stage design.

On her last tour, 1998’s Velvet Rope outing, Jackson performed to over half a million people, grossing $33 million, making it one of the most profitable tours that year.

The title track from the album is spending its fourth week in the top slot of the US singles chart, and the single scored a Top Five hit in the UK charts.
