Jason Derulo has unveiled his official song for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, ‘Colors’ – listen to the track below.
Derulo’s effort follows previous World Cup-related songs by the likes of Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez (who collaborated on the track ‘We Are One (Ole Ola)’) as well as Shakira, who contributed music to the 2014 and 2010 World Cups respectively.
With the 32-team World Cup set to kick off in Russia on June 14 – the hosts will take on Saudi Arabia in Moscow in the opening match that day – Derulo’s ‘Colours’ has now been released in the build-up to this summer’s big tournament.

Back in October, Derulo hit the headlines after he was being sought by Keele University’s student union for a reported £20,000 fee after he failed to turn up to a scheduled performance at the university in 2016.
The musician was allegedly booked to perform at the SU on January 30, 2016, but failed to appear on stage. Ticketholders were refunded, but those involved with booking the event claimed Derulo and his team had yet to pay back the fee which was given to him in advance.
