JAY-Z is to make a guest appearance on the new LIMP BIZKIT album ‘BIPOLAR’.
According to a new update on the official Limp Bizkit website Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst is delighted with the results.
Durst says of his collaborator, “He is unbelievable. He didn’t write down one single word. He just listen (sic) to the beat over and over while scheming something in his brain. Then, only moments later, Jay got on the mic and blasted out an amazing ryme (sic)! (sic) He is truly a chosen one. He has a gift like no one else I’ve ever worked with.”
Durst is currently in New York mixing the metal band’s first album in three years with Nirvana
engineer Andy Wallace.
As previously reported on NME.COM, Limp Bizkit are to play at the Download Festival over the weekend of May 31/June 1 at Donington Park. The bill also features Marilyn Manson, Deftones and Iron Maiden.
