Blue Ivy Carter becomes youngest person ever to be credited on the US Billboard chart

Beyonce and Jay-Z's daughter is less than a week old, but she's already part of a hit single

Blue Ivy Carter, the newborn daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z, has become youngest person ever to be credited on the U.S. Billboard chart.

Jay-Z released a new track earlier this week which is titled ‘Glory’ and is dedicated to his daughter. The track also features her coos and cries, for which she is officially credited. You can hear the track by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking.

The track has entered the Billboard Chart at Number 74, the highest new entry on the chart this week, meaning that Blue Ivy Carter has already helped create a hit single despite being less than a week old.

As well as celebrating his daughter’s birth, Jay-Z also revealed in the track that Beyonce had previously suffered a miscarriage before becoming pregnant with Blue Ivy Carter.

He revealed this in the song’s lyrics, which read: “Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/We was afraid you’d disappear/But nah baby you magic”.
