Most of the songs were recorded in February 1993 at Steve Addabbo’s Shelter Island Sound studio and include takes on songs by Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley, plus others.

The album features two pieces of original music: the first-ever studio recording of ‘Grace’ and ‘Dream of You and I’, a song described as “mysterious and haunting” in a press release.

‘You and I’ has been overseen by the artist’s mother, Mary Guibert.
