Rare drawings by JOHN LENNON have been unveiled at an exhibition in LONDON.

Thirteen unseen sketches have been donated by Lennon‘s widow Yoko Ono for the free exhibition at Harbour Yard in Chelsea Harbour, west London, reports

The whole display features 150 pictures taken up to Lennon‘s death in 1980.

Speaking about the exhibition, organiser Jonathan Poole commented: “This is a major exhibition of John‘s work and the biggest show in this country for more than ten years.

“The pictures show John‘s love for his family and attitude towards everyday life. They are amusing. They are meant to be funny and they shouldn’t be taken too seriously.”

The exhibition starts tomorrow (September 7).
