Peter Hook’s Ian Curtis ‘Unknown Pleasures’ tribute night details confirmed

Former Joy Division man to pay homage at FAC251

Peter Hook has revealed details of his forthcoming tribute night for his late Joy Division bandmate Ian Curtis.

The bass player will perform Joy Division‘s classic 1979 album ‘Unknown Pleasures’ in full at the show, which will take place at Manchester‘s FAC251 club. The club is on the site of the former offices of Factory RecordsJoy Division‘s label.

Hook will be joined his band The Light and guests likely to include former Happy Mondays singer Rowetta for the show.
