Confirming their ‘Lucky You’ follow-up, he explained: ‘Eminem is definitely on ADHD. We have another record coming out.’
Although remaining vague on what to expect of their collaboration, he was full of praise for Eminem’s ‘Stan’.
“We’re into Joyner Lucas territory, storytelling territory. That’s what me and Eminem, we both do best. He created one of the best records ever in life, which was ‘Stan’ I’m heavily inspired by that record, too”, he said.
“He’s a really good person, man”, Lucas added.
“He’s a really good guy. We’ve had some dope, deep conversations.”
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Eminem has now broken two hip-hop records in 2018 following his new album ‘Kamikaze‘ and its follow-up single ‘Killshot’.
‘Killshot’ shot to the third-highest amount of views for a music video within 24 hours of being uploaded when it dropped in September.
At 38.1 million views it’s the best total of all time for a hip hop track, beaten only by Taylor Swift‘s ‘Look What You Made Me Do’, which hit 43.2 million last year, and BTS‘ ‘Idol’, which beat the all-time record with 45 million views in August.
