Watch as Justin Bieber tour continues despite ankle injury

Singer sprains ankle playing basketball, but is completing shows

Justin Bieber has continued his US tour despite spraining his ankle playing basketball on Friday.

Bieber posted a photo on Instagram of his injured foot before a concert in Ohio, warning fans: “I’m gonna be taking it easy on stage. I sprained my ankle playing ball, smh. All good – I’m still gonna crush.” He posted an Instagram video the following day of some of his limping dance moves, before continuing the tour in Indianapolis the same night.

Bieber’s tour continues in Nashville tonight (June 27) before reaching the UK in October. His continuation of the tour contrasts to March, when Bieber was replaced by a cardboard cut-out at a VIP meet-and-greet in Las Vegas where fans had paid £1400 to meet the singer.

Bieber recently fell off stage at a concert in Canada earlier this month (June 17) and recently paid tribute to murdered The Voice singer Christina Grimmie, who was managed by his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez’s stepfather Brian Teefey.

His single ‘Sorry’ became the first song to be streamed 100 million times in the UK earlier this month.

Justin Bieber will play:
London O2 (October 11-12, 14-15)
Birmingham Barclaycard Arena (17-18)
Manchester Arena (20-21, 23)
Birmingham Genting Arena (24)
Sheffield Arena (26)
Glasgow SSE Hydro (27, 29-30)
Dublin 3 Arena (November 1-2)
