Justin Bieber walks out of Spanish interview when hosts ask him to ‘break the internet’ – watch

The 'Baby' singer gave no reason for his sudden exit

Justin Bieber has walked out of a Spanish radio interview without explanation.

The singer, who releases his new album ‘Purpose’ on November 13, looked unengaged throughout the nine minute interview, but it seems a request from the 40 Principales DJs to help them “break the internet” with some “crazy Justin” was a step too far.

Although Bieber seemed up for the collaboration, initially saying “let’s do it”, he quickly changed his tune, opting for a quick exit via a side door.

Throughout the interview, the singer was asked questions about his love life, whether he dresses himself and if he frequents ‘discos’ – Bieber grew more and more disinterested the longer it went on.

The news comes just days after the 21-year-old star compared himself to Michael Jackson on BBC Radio One’s Breakfast Show.

He told host Nick Grimshaw how he “always wants to stay pop”, and that this approach is similar to the late music icon: “I think that’s something awesome that Michael Jackson did. He always took something so relevant at the time, like funk and techno.”

Meanwhile, at Sunday’s MTV 2015 Europe Music Awards ceremony, Bieber collected five awards, including Best Male and Best Look.

He also performed his hit single ‘What Do You Mean?’ for a packed house at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan.

The singer also recently shared a new track, ‘Sorry’.

New album ‘Purpose’ comes out next month and features rappers Nas, Big Sean and Travis Scott as well as Skrillex, Ariana Grande and several other guest stars.
