Justin Timberlake wins restraining order against stalker

Karen McNeil is not allowed to come within 100 yards of the singer

Justin Timberlake has been granted a temporary restraining order against a female stalker

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham has ruled that Karen McNeil, 48, must stay at least 100 yards away from the singer.

The judge said he will consider whether to grant a three-year restraining order at a later hearing in November.

According to court documents, she broke into Timberlake‘s home for the third time last week before being placed in protective psychiatric custody by police.

The woman, who is thought to be homeless, twice appeared at the singer’s home in June, once leaving a letter, reports BBC News.

McNeil‘s ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing conduct has become extremely frightening,” the court order said, adding that Timberlake “fears for the personal safety of himself, his family and employees”.
