Justin Timberlake scraps remaining 2018 tour dates and hopes of 2019 Coachella appearance

He's got bruised vocal chords...ouch

Justin Timberlake has been forced to cancel his remaining tour dates in 2018 due to damaged vocal chords.

The pop star, who’s been busy touring his latest album ‘Man of the Woods’, has been advised by doctors to take a break from the road.

Timberlake wrote on Instagram: “My vocal cords are healing, but they are not all the way back to normal yet, so my doctors want me to continue to rest my voice.

“They have asked me to hold off on singing until next month. I’m really sorry, I want to be back on the stage and I am doing all I can to get there quickly,” he said.

The rescheduled tour now clashes with plans for Timberlake to play Coachella 2019. As Consequence of Sound reports, industry sources said the singer was previously attached to headline the festival in April.
