Rapper plays his first live show of 2016 at the Paradise International Music Festival in Manila
Kanye West performed several songs from ‘The Life Of Pablo’ live for the first time tonight (April 9) at a gig in The Philippines.
The rapper’s set at the Paradise International Music Festival in Manila, his first live show of 2016, included live debuts for ‘Pablo’ tracks ‘Famous’, ‘Waves’ and ‘Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 2’ as well as renditions of older songs including ‘All Of The Lights’, ‘Black Skinhead’ and ‘Stronger’.
During ‘Waves’, West invited the crowd to join in with the infamous “I made that bitch famous!” line, a controversial reference to Taylor Swift. Watch below.
Kanye West’s ‘The Life Of Pablo’ is on course to become the first album to top the US charts on streaming alone after finally being added to Apple Music and Spotify on April 1. Before then, the album had been available exclusively on TIDAL since February.

West is also confirmed to perform at the Governors Ball music festival in New York in June. On Twitter last night (April 8) he hinted that further live shows will be announced shortly by telling fans he is “working on the tour designs now”.
