Star dedicates song to Kardashian
Kanye West‘s headlining performance at Glastonbury earlier tonight (June 27) attracted a number of stars to the Pyramid Stage.
The Chicago rapper’s wife Kim Kardashian watched on as her husband performed, while Lewis Hamilton, Chris Martin, Adele, Bradley Cooper, Stella McCartney and James Corden were among the other celebrities spotted at Pilton today. Martin could be seen watching on as Pharrell Williams played the Pyramid Stage prior to West’s show.
Kanye paid tribute to Kim during a rendition of the track ‘Lost In The World’. “This song was extra special for me,” he said. “I was trying to explain to a girl I loved so much how much I loved her. She brought this poetry out in me that became the lyrics and she ended up becoming my wife and she’s here tonight.”
Earlier today, Kardashian posted a selfie of the pair to Twitter to mark the occasion. The reality TV star, who is pregnant with West’s second child, uploaded a picture on them in a helicopter, presumably flying in to Worthy Farm. She wrote in a caption: “Glastonbury here we come”.
West ended his show by proclaiming himself the “greatest living rock star in the world.” The 38-year-old performed a nearly two hour set, playing tracks from throughout his career as well as a short cover of Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.
