"We hate each other, screw each other, kill each other"

Kanye West addressed the recent tragedy in Charleston, South Carolina during a special guest performance at 107.9’s Birthday Bash in Atlanta last night (June 20).

Accompanied by just a piano, Kanye freestyled about racism in America, rapping “See that’s the magic of racism, it works on itself / We hate each other, screw each other, kill each other / When we can’t kill nobody else”. Click below to watch fan-recorded footage via Pigeons and Planes.

The MC and producer also surprised the crowd by bringing out 2 Chainz during a rendition of ‘Mercy’.

West will headline the Saturday leg of this year’s Glastonbury Festival next weekend. Event co-organsier Emily Eavis has recently spoken about the performance, describing his plans as “big” and “exciting”.

“I think he’ll create an incredible show. What he’s talking about at the moment is very exciting,” she told Digital Spy. “I think he’s going to take it big. I can’t say anything – I can’t give anything away!”
