Kanye West debuts new track ‘Wolves’ featuring Sia and Vic Mensa – listen

Song is third to be taken from rappers upcoming as-yet-untitled album

Kanye West has debuted a new song featuring Sia and Chicago rapper Vic Mensa.

The track, entitled ‘Wolves’, was produced by Cashmere Cat (Migeul, Ariana Grande) and will feature on West’s upcoming, as-yet-untitled seventh studio album.

West premiered the track during a fashion show in New York yesterday (February 12), where he debuted his new Yeezy 750 Boost trainer collaboration with Adidas. You can listen to a recording of the song below, as well as a video of it being played at the fashion show.

‘Wolves’ is the third track confirmed for West’s new album, alongside previously announced ‘Fourfiveseconds’, the rapper’s collaboration with Rihanna and Sir Paul McCartney, and ‘Only One’, which McCartney also contributed backing vocals to.

Earlier this week, West discussed working with Paul McCartney, saying he brought ‘angst’ to the sessions, like John Lennon would have. “We just went in and we vibed out. As you can see, I might be a little bit more ‘angst’ than Paul. And remember the last time when Paul had somebody really ‘angst’ working with him, the type of music they made?” he said.

West also revealed that he and Taylor Swift are set to record new music together. “Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we’re definitely gonna go in,” he said. The two musicians were photographed together at the Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 8), showing that they’d patched things up following their infamous fall-out at the MTV VMAs in 2009, when West interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech to argue that the Best Video award should have gone to Beyoncé.
