Kanye West and his partner Kim Kardashian are rumoured to have named their first child Kaidence Donda West.
Mediatakeout.com are reporting news of the name, saying they received a tip-off from a nurse at Los Angeles’ Cedars Sinai Hospital, where the couple’s baby girl was born over the weekend. The baby’s middle name, Donda, is a tribute to Kanye West’s mother, who died in 2007 after a botched liposuction procedure.
Kardashian went into labour on June 15. Kanye West was reportedly by his partner’s side in the delivery room the whole time, according to TMZ.
Meanwhile, Kanye West’s new album ‘Yeezus’ has been officially released following last week’s leak. The rapper’s sixth studio album features production work from Daft Punk whilst the song ‘New Slaves’ features Frank Ocean, ‘Hold My Liquor’ features Chief Keef and Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, the latter of whom co-wrote ‘I’m In It’, which features rapper Travis Scott. Kid Cudi guests on ‘Guilt Trip’ and the John Legend-penned ‘Bound 2’ features former Gap Band vocalist Charlie Wilson and ‘Send It Up’ sees a guest spot from Chicago rapper King L.
