Watch Stephen Colbert “cameo” in new version of Kanye West’s ‘Famous’ video

The US TV show host has edited himself into the controversial video

Stephen Colbert has made a “cameo” in a new version of the video for Kanye West‘s ‘Famous’.

The US TV show host has edited himself into the controversial video, which features wax figurines of naked celebrities including Taylor Swift, Anna Wintour, Rihanna and Chris Brown.

Colbert joked on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert that the only thing he found offensive about the video was that he’d been edited out. His version of the video features the other celebrities fast asleep, while he tells the camera: “I wish you could smell it in here. It is like a cage at the zoo. They’re gonna have to burn this bed.”

He also made jokes about the bed, saying: “If that’s memory foam, that bed is gonna have PTSD”. The celebrities weren’t safe either, as he said: “The consensus is that most of the celebrities aren’t real, just wax or silicone imitations. So, celebrities.”

Yesterday, it was reported that Taylor Swift is “horrified” by West’s video for ‘Famous’.

A source is quoted as saying: “Taylor is livid. Taylor is horrified [by the video]. Taylor didn’t know what to do when she heard about what Kanye did.

“She is bewildered, feels betrayed and is beyond frustrated with Kanye. It is like a complete nightmare. Taylor is pissed to say the least!”
