Kanye West’s new Yeezy Boost trainers reportedly drop “this month” – but there’s a catch

A "special release" is rumoured to hit shelves soon

Fans of Kanye West’s Yeezy Boost 350 V2 trainers may be able to get their hands on a special new collection this month.

The Sole Supplier claims that a “special release” of the Yeezys will arrive in March with the three new designs – ‘Clay’, ‘True Form’, and ‘Hyperspace’ – on sale as region exclusives.

‘Clay’ will apparently only be available to purchase in the US, ‘True Form’ in Europe, and ‘Hyperspace’ in Asia. The different coloured shoes (which The Sole Supplier reports are painted in earthy beige, tonal grey, and minty white hues, respectively) look to feature a transparent stripe with shoots down the lateral side panels.

In January, details of West’s reported new Yeezy Boost leaked, which claimed that a new 350 V2 Static ‘Beluga’ design was set to hit the market.

At the time of writing no further details about a release date nor an official confirmation of the new shoes have been made. NME has contacted Adidas for comment.

Meanwhile, West has said that he’s “been fighting” for the position of creative director at Adidas, whom he’s been working with since 2013, most notably on his Yeezy shoes.

West is preparing to release his long-awaited new album ‘Yandhi’.

The record was originally due for release last September before being pushed back to November. However, weeks before the second release date arrived, West tweeted that he was delaying it once more.
