Kasabian, The Strokes, The Vaccines for FIFA 12 soundtrack

The Naked And Famous, Crystal Castles and CSS also feature on football game's soundtrack
Kasabian, The Strokes and The Vaccines are among the artists who feature on the in-game soundtrack to the forthcoming FIFA 12 console game.

39 artists from 15 countries make appearances, with Kasabian featuring for a third time on the EA Sports franchise. Their first appearance was on FIFA 2004, when they contributed ‘L.S.F. (Lost Souls Forever)’, while in 2009 they offered up ‘Fast Fuse’.

On FIFA 12, the band, who themselves are Leicester City and Leeds United fans, have contributed ‘Switchblade Smiles’ from their new album ‘Velociraptor!’.


Also amongst those making appearances on the soundtrack are Crystal Castles, CSS, Chase and Status, Foster The People, Glasvegas and The Naked And Famous.

FIFA 12 will be released on September 27 in North America and September 30 worldwide. You can watch a trailer for FIFA 12 at the top of the page.
