THE LIBERTINES and KASABIAN have scored huge chart hits – both inside the Top Ten.

Kasabian will be celebrating this evening (August 15) after their single ’L.S.F.’ charted at Number Ten, while recent NME cover stars The Libertines have scored their biggest ever hit with ’Can’t Stand Me Now’.

The song, the first single to be lifted from their self-titled second album, is a new entry at Number Two.

This week’s Number One comes from 3 Of A Kind with their debut single ’Babycakes’, with other high new entries coming from V with ’Hip To Hip’ at Number Five, Beenie Man with ’King Of The Dancehall’ at Number 14 and The Rasmus one place lower at Number 15 with ’Guilty’.
