Tickets to Kasabian’s massive forest gig on sale now.

"If you go down to the woods today..."

Kasabian have announced a special forest-based show for next year, as part of Forest Live. Tickets are on sale now.

The show will take place in Thetford Forest near Brandon, Suffolk, on Sunday June 10. Tickets are on sale from from 9am on Friday 15 December from the Forestry Commission.

The show is part of Forest Live, a series of woodland concerts that have previously hosted the likes of Ed Sheeran, Kaiser Chiefs, Elbow and more. The events take place around the country, raising money to improve the woodland for both people and wildlife.

Last week, footballer Peter Crouch was spotted in the mosh pit as Kasabian played the second of two massive shows at London’s O2 Arena.

After beginning the two-night stint on Friday, the Leicester heroes opened the second show with a huge rendition of recent single ‘Ill Ray (The King), sparking a cluster of mosh-pits that spread across the front half of the arena floor like wildfire.

The riotous reception immediately continued for the call-to-arms sound of ‘Bumblebeee’, before it was followed with ‘Eez-Eh’ from 2014’s ’48:13′.

A performance of ‘Treat’ also saw Serge Pizzorno assume frontman duties as he highlighted one of the rarest sights of all – a Premier League legend in a moshpit.

The moment came as Pizzorno left the stage to greet the London faithful, immediately spotting Stoke City striker Peter Crouch on the edge of the crowd before drawing him in for a hug.
