The singer was due to appear in Londonderry, Northern Ireland on Friday (September 19)
Katy B has pulled out of the MTV Crashes Derry – Londonderry gig tomorrow (Friday, September 19), due to a family bereavement.
Following the death of her brother, the singer will no longer be appearing at the show, which will still see sets from Afrojack, Professor Green and MNEK, reports BBC News. MTV adds that the singer “hopes to be back to her fans soon”.
Katy B has a tour set for next month, with a string of dates booked in Nottingham, Southend, Bournemouth, London, Bristol, Manchester and Leeds. It is thought that these dates will still go ahead. Earlier this year she scored her first Number One album with her second LP ‘Little Red’.
Katy B will play:
O2 Academy Birmingham (October 18)
Nottingham Rock City (19)
Southend Cliffs Pavilion (20)
Academy Bournemouth (21)
London Roundhouse (23)
Manchester Academy (25)
O2 Academy Leeds (27)
