Fresh from T IN THE PARK, Keane are set to begin work on their second album.
The band enjoyed playing before the American rockers at the festival but admitted they were not going to compete with them in terms of decibels.
Tim Rice-Oxley told NME.COM: “We’ve done bits and bobs already, but we start in earnest now. It’s a bit pressure and a bit worry at the moment, but we’re excited about getting stuck into it.”

He added: “We’re going to be in a studio in the countryside so we’ll be able to step outside and enjoy the sun when we need a break from the melting pot in the studio.”
