Mayor Of London assures singer: 'I'm on the case'
Earlier this week (September 12), the singer alleged she was called a “slave” and “disgusting Nigerian” at passport control at an unnamed airport in the city. In a series of rants at Twitter.com/iamkelis, she said she was abused by a “fat red-faced sweaty ‘man'” who accused her of queue jumping.

Johnson himself has been accused of racism in the past after writing a satirical column for the Daily Telegraph in 2002 about then-prime minister Tony Blair’s visit to the Congo.
