KELLY PRICE, the powerhouse soul vocalist currently featured on WHITNEY HOUSTON’s ‘HEARTBREAK HOTEL’ single, has donated a quarter of a million dollars to BREAST CANCER RESEARCH.
Price, who came to fame after singing the hook on The Notorious B.I.G?s ‘Mo’ Money, Mo’ Problems’hit, will feature on LL Cool J’s forthcoming single ‘You And Me’ in the New Year.
Price gave all the proceeds from her ‘Love Sets You Free’ single to the TJ Martell Foundation and Denise Rich’s G&P Foundation for Cancer Research. The donation has a personal significance since Price’s mother-in-law recently died from the disease and her mother has been diagnosed for the second time with the illness.
