Rappers make light of internet speculation
Kendrick Lamar has poked fun at rumours suggesting he and fellow rapper Schoolboy Q had been involved in a physical fight.
Rumours about a “scuffle” between the pair circulated online with Anthony Tiffith, CEO of Lamar’s label Top Dawg Entertainment, responding to one fan on Twiter and saying the matter was “Just family having a minor disagreement. Nothing serious.”
However, more people came forward to claim that they had footage of this supposed clash. This led to Tiffith posting the following video of both artists poking fun at the speculation.
Meanwhile, US President Barack Obama named Lamar’s ‘How Much A Dollar Cost?’ his favourite track of the year in an interview last week. The song appears on the rapper’s latest album, ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’, which was named Number Two in NME‘s Albums Of The Year 2015 poll.
