Kim Kardashian has been named as the most dangerous celebrity to search for online.
Research by cybersecurity giants McAfee reveals that the reality TV titan has replaced Craig David who topped the list last year – which ranks the amount of search results containing links to virus-ridden sites.
The second place on the list was secured by supermodel Naomi Campbell, while Adele, Caroline Flack and Kourtney Kardashian completed the top five.
According to McAfee, the pulling power of celebrities is often used to lure users to websites that contain malware capable of stealing their personal information.
Other big names on the list included Bad Neighbours star Rose Byrne, reality TV star Kem Cetinay, and Emma Roberts.
The list was completed by Britney Spears and Ferne McCann.
McAfee chief scientist Raj Samani said: “We live in a fast-paced world that’s heavily influenced by pop culture and social media, with endless opportunities to pick and choose which entertainment options we prefer to enjoy from a variety of connected devices.
With Kim Kardashian’s influence and business ventures, people will go to extreme lengths to be a little more like Kim.
“In our hyper-connected world, it’s important for consumers to think before they click to be sure that they are surfing to safe digital content and protecting themselves from cybersecurity threats that may be used to infect their devices or steal their identity.”
