Tickets for the Newcastle gig go on general sale next Thursday (December 19). Newcastle United members and season ticket holders will receive priority booking and will be able to buy tickets from December 18.

Kings Of Leon will also play Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on June 17, 2014 and Manchester Phones 4U Arena on June 18 before the Milton Keynes Bowl show, which will see support from Haim, on June 22. Tickets for these shows go sale at 9am on December 13.

Earlier this year Kings Of Leon headlined V Festival and embarked on a UK arena tour. Their show in Birmingham culminated with one fan stripping naked in front of the band. Footage of the man became a viral sensation when he took off all of his clothes while the band played ‘Sex On Fire’ at the Birmingham’s LG Arena in July.

The Tennessee rockers released their sixth album ‘Mechanical Bull’ on September 23. It became their fourth Number One album in the UK.

Kings Of Leon will play:

Newcastle St James’ Park (May 31)
Sheffield Motorpoint Arena (June 17)
Manchester Phones 4U Arena (18)
Milton Keynes Bowl (22)
