Klaxons headline Xmas party

New Young Pony Club play too

Forthcoming NME ‘indie rave’ tour headliners Klaxons headlined record label Modular‘s raucous Xmas party on Friday (December 1) in Sydney .

The band played a 45-minute set, which saw front man Jamie Reynolds waving the V sign and middle fingers at everyone.

During the band’s energetic performance, Reynolds received a massive kiss on the lips from one enthusiastic female before being dragged of stage by security.

Earlier, fellow ‘indie rave’ tour members New Young Pony Club got the crowd in party mood with their set. The audience got into the New Rave spirit, wearing neon t-shirts and oversized glasses.

The evening also saw performances from Van She and Cut Copy, who were DJing.
